To order, please click on "Add to cart" for the item you wish to buy. You will be directed to our shopping cart. Upon selecting your region, please click on the RECALCULATE button and shipping will be added (see below for shipping charges). To remove an item from the shopping cart, set the quantity to zero and click RECALCULATE. When you finished shopping, click on GO TO PAYMENTS where you will be asked to enter your shipping address. Based on your shipping address, tax will be added to the price of your order (see below for taxes). After confirming the total, you will be directed to PayPal and can make the secure payment either with your credit card or from your Paypal account. You do not have to register with Paypal to make payments. (If you prefer not to use Paypal, please contact us directly by e-mail at info@jackandmarjorie.com). We will usually ship within 1-2 business days and will send you a confirmation e-mail for your order.

Residents of Ontario must pay 5% GST and 8% PST. Residents of all other Canadian provinces pay 5% GST. We do not charge any taxes to US and overseas residents, however you will be responsible for any taxes or duties that may be charged by the authorities of your country.

Returns must be made within two weeks of shipping. Bags must be returned in original condition with tags still affixed. We refund full amount minus shipping costs.
